Meet Michelle

I’m a wellness consultant, holistic coach, personal trainer and yoga teacher dedicated to helping women in leadership move beyond chronic stress and burnout into sustainable wellbeing.

Through my work, I integrate mindfulness, movement, nervous system regulation, and practical tools that help people reconnect with their bodies, build resilience, and lead from a more grounded place.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across education, coaching, and corporate wellness, partnering with organizations including Cisco Meraki, Airbnb, and the Sonoma School District.

I’m known for creating spaces that feel supportive, authentic, and empowering, where people can pause, reconnect, and begin cultivating greater balance and clarity in their lives.

A Personal Note about Yoga

I discovered yoga while dancing professionally; it became my anchor, a way to return to my body, my breath, and the present moment. Over time, it grew into a space of deep healing, where I found peace and calm.

In every class, I hope to share that same energy, an opportunity to slow down, listen inward, and experience yoga as an act of self-love through stillness, breath, and connection, and of course reconnect with joy!
