The Embodied Vitality Collective is a small-group experience designed to help you regulate stress, restore energy, and build sustainable wellbeing with guidance and community.

A 3-month small group experience for women ready to reduce stress, restore energy, and build sustainable wellbeing through coaching, movement, and community.

Each cohort is intentionally small to create a supportive and connected learning environment.

Each weekly session includes two components that support both nervous system regulation and embodied strength.

What each session includes

Each session builds on the core practices introduced in the Embodied Vitality Method™.

First 45 Minutes — Coaching + Nervous System Support

Topics may include:

• stress physiology
• burnout recovery
• nervous system education
• mindset and emotional regulation
• somatic awareness practices

Participants are guided through:

• reflection prompts
• group discussion
• guided nervous system practices

Second 45 Minutes — Movement Integration

Movement blends:

• yoga
• Qi Gong
• functional mobility
• nervous system regulation through movement

Focus areas include:

• mobility
• strength
• posture
• releasing tension from sedentary life

Phase 1 — Regulate

Month 1

Focus

• understanding stress and burnout
• reconnecting with the body
• nervous system regulation

Movement Style

• grounding practices
• mobility work
• gentle yoga
• breath and movement integration

Outcome

Participants begin to feel calmer and more present.

The 90-Day Journey

Over the course of three months, you move through a structured progression:

Phase 2 — Rebuild

Month 2

Focus

• restoring physical strength
• improving posture and mobility
• increasing energy

Movement Style

• functional training
• stick mobility
• yoga + Qi Gong

Outcome

Participants feel stronger and more energized.

Phase 3 — Sustain

Month 3

• building sustainable wellness habits
• burnout prevention
• resilience practices

Movement Style

• strength + flow integration
• recovery practices

Participants develop long-term wellbeing practices.
