Once the nervous system has more capacity, the next phase focuses on rebuilding physical strength, mobility, and vitality.
Practices may include:
• functional strength training
• mobility and stability work
• yoga and Qi Gong integration
• body awareness practices
Result
Clients feel stronger, more energized, and more confident in their body.
Phase 3
Sustain
Build Lifelong Vitality Habits
The final phase integrates the practices into sustainable daily routines so that wellbeing becomes lasting rather than temporary.
Practices may include:
• habit integration systems
• lifestyle design
• resilience strategies
• sustainable wellness routines
